Renew Deteriorating Structures with PolySpray
For use on: rehabilitation of chemical sewers, sanitary waste pipe, storm drain culverts and secondary containment applications.

PolySpray is an advanced line of Polyurea based coating that resemble a spray applied plastic. These coatings provide outstanding abrasion and corrosion resistance and are utilized in applications that require a tough, high build lining.

While traditional coatings are typically limited to thin films and tend to be brittle in nature, The tough, but flexible properties of PolySpray provide a coating ideally suited to withstand mechanical shock and the snap cure allow for immediate return to service. These high-build, seamless coatings are ieal for waterproofing and encapsulation applications where rapid return to service is required.

PolySpray ECR-AA
A spray-applied, rapid-setting elastomeric polyurea providing outstanding resistance to sustained chemical exposure from concentrated salt, acid and alkali solutions. In many cases the PolySpray ECR-AA provides a flexible alternative to brittle expoxies.

PolySpray FS250
A spray-applied, rapid curing, RIGID liner that displays superior physical properties, high chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and high degree of toughness. PolySpray FS-250's rapid cure allows for application on vertical and overhead surfaces. Exceeds all physical properties required by ASTM F1216 for the rehabilitation of existing pipelines.

PolySpray SS100
Rapid setting PolySpray SS100 is especially recommended for structures subject to moderate lateral or transverrse movement, such as flexible road culverts with flow lines that have been corroded by aggressive storm run-off.

PolySpray SS200
Designed for severe service applications requiring resistance to mechanical stress.

PolySpray HE-800
Rapid-setting and highly-flexible, PolySpray HE-800 provides a good chemical and excellent abrasion resistance as well as the capability of bridging gaps up to 1/8" wide. Ideally suited for demanding situations requiring high coating elongation with moderate chemical resistance.

Featruring rapid installation and return to service, the HydraTite® internal joint sealing system has proven ideal for emergency repairs for over 10 years.

The system consists of a rubber seal that is held in place by stainless steel retaining bands. Each seal is custom made for each projecct. The seals can be interlocked to span long lengths of pipe or a backing band may be inccluded to remediate pressure pipinng and coolling water expansion joints.

HydraWrap® Product Line Overview

The HydraWrap Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) system is a performance driven product that provides a nonmetallic chemical and corrosion resistant structural repair to degrading pipes (both thin-wall and through-wall). The HydraWrap composite system is a combination of high performance epoxies and custom made carbon fiber fabric.

This combination produces a noncorrosive structural repair that is easily installed and conforms to various shapes and sizes. HydraWrap kits are designed with a minimum of two layers of fabric with additional reinforcement being achieved through additional layers. HydraTech’s engineers provide the HydraWrap specifications required for each installation to ensure that every repair is designed to meet or exceed the client’s specifications.

HydraWrap is extremely versatile and has been customized for numerous applications with unique requirements.

Product Range
Standard HydraWrap; System (HydraWrap® STD) –
The original HydraWrap Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) system provides nonmetallix chemical and corrosion resistant structural repair. HydraWrap is typically used in industrial process pipelines, power generation pipelines, and gas pipelines.

Acid-Resistant HydraWrap® System -
The Acid-Resistant HydraWrap® system is designed to exceed the Standard HydraWrap® in applications where the HydraWrap® will come in contact with aggressive acids and reagents.

High-Temperature HydraWrap® System -
The High-Temperature HydraWrap® System is an FRP repair system engineered to restore or enhance the structural integrity of pipe and infrastructure.

Potable Water HydraWrap® System (HydraWrap® PW) -
The PW HrdraWrap® System offers a structural remediation for potable water applicatons

Marine HydraWrap® System -
Rapid repair system designed for offshore use, the Marine HydraWrap® system is the only FRP repair system that is ABS Design approved. (Also available in Kit form

SubSea HydraWrap® System -
The SubSea HydraWrap® system is specifically designed for applications where the conditions contain moisture or are completely submerged underwater.
